The problem

Make your documentation easier to follow.

"Not service connected."Keep service records, medical records, and supporting statements together so you can review what you have and identify questions for an accredited representative.
"How do I describe the impact?"Use dated notes to describe your symptoms and their effects on everyday activities, accurately and in your own words.
"Which dates should I track?"Keep filing dates, decision letters, and follow-up questions in one place. Confirm deadlines and options with VA or an accredited representative.

Questions

Before you buy

Will this get me a higher rating?

No kit can promise a rating — and you should be wary of anyone who does. What this kit does is help you put accurate, specific, well-organized evidence in front of the rater, which is what decisions are based on.

Is this legal advice? Are you a VA-accredited representative?

No. This is educational material from a veteran's personal experience. It doesn't create a representative relationship, and I don't prepare or file claims for anyone. For help with your specific claim, free VA-accredited representatives are available through Veterans Service Organizations — search at va.gov/ogc/apps/accreditation.

Should I still use a VSO?

Yes — many veterans do both. A VSO files and advocates for you at no cost. This kit makes you a better-prepared partner: you'll show up with your evidence mapped, your log kept, and your statements drafted.

Is this affiliated with the VA?

No. Paper Trail is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. VA forms are always free at VA.gov — this kit doesn't sell forms, it helps you use them well.

Already bought Core?

Upgrade to Complete for the $50 difference, plus any applicable tax. Email support@primebridgeenterprises.com with your Core receipt. After we verify your purchase, we’ll send a one-use code for Complete checkout. Please don’t send claim or health information.

How does the browser organizer work?

Complete includes an optional browser organizer at no additional charge or subscription, including for existing Complete buyers. Use it on desktop Safari or Chrome for Mac, or continue with the spreadsheet and printable tools. Other browsers and mobile are not yet supported. Entries stay in your browser without account syncing; clearing site data can remove them. Back up before switching devices or clearing data. Backups are not encrypted by the organizer, and we cannot recover entries without your backup. The Records summary can span multiple pages.

What format is it?

Both editions include a print-ready PDF. Complete also includes a ZIP with the worked example, blank and example .xlsx organizers, printable worksheets, a one-page summary template, and representative questions. Start Here explains tested apps and file use. Print what you need or annotate the PDFs on a tablet.

I'm already denied / in appeal. Is it too late?

No. The Decision Letter Decoder and review-lane guide are built for exactly that moment, and the evidence worksheets work for supplemental claims too. Watch your one-year deadline.
