Privacy policy

Information we receive

• Inquiries: your name, email, business description, the workflow you want help with, team-readiness answers and messages you send us.
• Resources and email: your email, optional business description, the resource requested, referral source, request and download activity, and signup, consent or unsubscribe records.
• Orders: contact and billing details, product, amount, payment status and transaction references provided through checkout. Stripe processes payment credentials; our website inquiry and resource forms do not ask for card or bank details.
• Technical information: our website and hosting providers process connection and request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the service. Our forms use a derived identifier to limit abuse.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records or confidential client files through our public forms. Downloadable documentation tools can be completed privately on your own device; requesting a guide does not require sending us completed records.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, deliver resources and purchases, provide support and agreed services, record email choices, understand which visits lead to requests or downloads, prevent abuse and maintain transaction and business records.

An inquiry is a request for a reply about that inquiry. An AI Playbook request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing: its follow-up tips are optional. Other signup forms, including Paper Trail forms, explain the emails being requested and may require email confirmation. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option. Order and service messages may still be needed after you unsubscribe from marketing.

Ask PrimeBridge questions

The optional assistant sends your question and our approved public guidance to OpenAI to select an answer. It does not send your contact-form answers, private records or page contents. Please leave out passwords and confidential information. The assistant cannot save a contact request, email you, book a meeting or take payment.

The recent conversation stays in the current page’s memory and clears on refresh; it is not written to browser storage or our question database. A first-party security cookie named pb_ask contains a random token and expires after one hour. Our hosting database stores hashed session tokens, security counters and a daily derived IP identifier to limit abuse. Expired session and rate-limit records are removed in bounded batches when the assistant is used; expiry alone does not immediately delete them. A permanent cost ledger contains aggregate usage counters, without question text. Ordinary hosting providers may retain connection and request information.

OpenAI processing has its own retention rules. We request responses with storage disabled; this does not mean zero retention by OpenAI. Its standard abuse-monitoring retention can include prompts and responses for up to 30 days, subject to its stated exceptions; prompt caching may retain encrypted computation state for up to 24 hours. See OpenAI’s data controls. No assistant analytics, marketing signup or contact capture is enabled by asking a question.

Paper Trail browser organizer

The optional organizer stores entries in browser storage on your device and does not upload those entries to Paper Trail. The hosting service may receive ordinary website-request information when you open the page. The organizer has no advertising scripts, session replay or entry analytics. Clearing site data, ending a private-browsing session or browser cleanup may remove the working copy. Backups and exports are not encrypted by the organizer. Other users of the same device may be able to access your entries. Keep your own backups; Paper Trail does not provide account syncing or a recovery service.

Cookies and measurement

The AI Playbook flow uses a first-party cookie named pb_visitor. It stores a random identifier, links visits and downloads to a guide request and lets us record an optional follow-up choice. Its expiry is set to 30 days when the cookie is written. It is not your email address, but its identifier can be connected to your request in our records.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser. Doing so may prevent the guide flow from matching an optional email signup to your request. Contact us for help if this happens. Services reached through links or embedded signup and payment forms may use their own cookies under their own notices.

Providers and sharing

We use providers to operate the website and deliver the services you request. These include Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and website records, Google Workspace and Google services for business email and form delivery, Kit for applicable signup forms and subscriber email, and Stripe for payment processing. Relevant information is processed by those providers as part of their services.

We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the record and purpose, including ongoing inquiries, customer support, email preferences, accounting and legal obligations. The cookie expiry does not automatically delete associated business records. Unsubscribe records may need to remain so that we can respect your choice.

We use access controls and encrypted web connections to help protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Please send only the information needed for your request.

Your choices and requests

To ask about, access, correct or delete information associated with you, or to raise a privacy concern, email pb@primebridgeenterprises.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain records where required or permitted by applicable law. Your privacy rights depend on where you live and the laws that apply.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us for help. Our business services and resources are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
