Local Growth: Build a clear site. Keep improving it.
One business, one location, one website. Defined monthly work, clear limits and a written scope.
- Who it’s for
- For a business that needs a new website and bounded local work.
- Price
- $795/month · USD
- Term
- Initial 12 months, $9,540 in total; then month to month with 30 days’ notice
Who it’s for
A good fit if
- You need a new up-to-five-page website and bounded local work.
- You can provide current facts, supplied content, authorized access and prompt approvals.
What’s included
Once, at the start
- A new website of up to five pages: mobile design, refined copy, one inquiry form, basic search setup, testing and handover with one consolidated revision. One initial eligible Google Business Profile cleanup and a baseline SEO setup on up to three pages, once.
Each month
- Business details. One Google Business Profile and business-details check each month. Corrections require your approved facts and authorized access.
- Review replies. Up to 10 review-reply drafts each month. You approve and publish them.
- Inquiry form. One test of your existing inquiry form each month. This checks the form; it does not operate or monitor your inbox.
- AI snapshot. Three fixed questions total each month, allocated across up to two services named in your scope. We record dated responses and limits; this is not three questions per service.
- Report. One concise monthly report of completed work, findings and decisions needed.
- Platform care. Supported hosting and routine platform care only where your actual stack and access are confirmed in the written scope. No uptime, backup or restoration guarantee is implied.
- Google profile posts. Two approved Google Business Profile posts each month, on an eligible profile with authorized access.
- One page improvement. One improvement to an existing page, up to 500 words, OR an equivalently scoped technical fix agreed before work.
- Routine edits. Up to 30 minutes of routine text or image edits each month. New pages and redesigns are separate.
- Review time. One 20-minute review each quarter.
What’s not included
- More than one business, location or website
- Unlimited support, new pages, redesigns or migrations
- Extra workflows, custom integrations, voice or chat AI
- Ads, general social media management or daily inbox staffing
- Guaranteed rankings, leads, revenue or control of AI answers
Paid separately
Applicable taxes, domain registration, separately scoped software and metered AI, SMS or phone usage are additional where disclosed. No new tools are purchased automatically. Monthly deliverables do not roll over.
Provide current facts, rights to supplied content, authorized access and prompt approvals. Changes to scope are priced in writing before work starts.
How it works
- You
Ask us to check it.
Send a request for a free 15-minute fit check. Sending doesn’t book a call, reserve work or start paid service.
- PrimeBridge
We confirm it in writing.
We reply about fit, then confirm eligibility, capacity, scope, terms and a start date in writing. Nothing is paid or started before that.
- You and PrimeBridge
Agree the payment method.
Confirm the payment method separately after the scope and written terms. Online service checkout is disabled.
The first regular payment and the initial-term clock begin at the agreed kickoff, after scope, access and content are accepted. Monthly payments cover the following service month and fall on the kickoff anniversary; if a month lacks that date, payment falls on its last calendar day. Sending a request or waiting for readiness does not start billing. A completed paid month is a full service month that has elapsed and been paid; advance payment alone does not complete it.
Timing and terms
- Term and renewal
- Local Growth and Growth + Follow-up have an initial 12-month term, then continue month to month with no new 12-month renewal. Care and post-initial-term cancellation take effect at the end of the next paid service period that provides at least 30 days’ written notice. There is no partial-period proration solely for that cancellation.
- Early cancellation
- During the initial 12 months, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid service period. Declining onboarding recovery replaces ALL future initial-term service fees; it is not added to those fees. Local Growth: $1,500 × remaining initial-term months ÷ 12. Remaining months are 12 minus completed paid months at the effective cancellation date. Each recovery amount is capped at remaining initial-term service fees. After 12 completed paid months, recovery is $0. The current paid service period and properly due separately approved costs are reconciled once; no additional future initial-term installments are stacked onto recovery.
- Before launch and breach
- Before a new plan website launches, early-exit recovery is also capped at documented completed work and approved noncancelable costs, less credits, and cannot exceed the declining recovery limit. Launch means the agreed website is deployed at its agreed address after the written acceptance checks; any authorized work before kickoff must be recorded in the scope. There is no early-exit recovery for an uncured PrimeBridge material breach.
- Credits and refunds
- Unused prepaid service after effective cancellation is credited against amounts properly due, with each credit counted once. Undisputed remaining credit is refunded within 14 calendar days after reconciliation. PrimeBridge provides an itemized reconciliation within five business days of effective cancellation, subject to any unresolved disputed amounts. Delivered service is not automatically refunded; applicable rights and remedies remain in place.
- Ownership and handover
- Your domain, business accounts and supplied content remain yours. You have an ongoing license to use the delivered website during each paid service period. Within 10 business days after the full initial term is completed and paid, or an agreed early-exit settlement is paid, PrimeBridge supplies the available website source and static assets as a downloadable handover package. Pre-existing software and third-party materials retain their own rights and licenses.

No. We prepare up to 10 drafts each month. You approve and publish them.
Do unused deliverables roll over?
No. Monthly deliverables do not roll over. Extra work requires a separate agreed scope.
