- We confirm eligibility, scope, capacity and written terms before payment. Plan enrollment and checkout are unavailable; the agreed payment method must be confirmed separately. An inquiry does not book a call, reserve a start date or start paid work.
Overlapping work is deducted in the agreed scope, not charged twice. There is no automatic bundle discount. Our terms of service apply where they fit.
Questions
Is a Google Business Profile free?
Yes. Google does not charge for the profile itself. PrimeBridge charges $500 for the cleanup service.
Can you fix a suspended or unverified profile?
Verification and suspension problems are assessed separately, before any commitment. The $500 cleanup covers one existing, eligible profile.
Will a cleanup get me more calls or a higher ranking?
We can’t promise that. Google decides what it shows. The cleanup makes your profile accurate and complete, which is the part you control.
Do you manage the profile after the cleanup?
Not as part of this order, and there is no required subscription. If you want your profile and listings checked every month, the Care plan checks one Google profile and business details. Local Growth adds two approved profile posts each month.
I have more than one location. What then?
Each order covers one profile. Mention the others in your fit-check request and we’ll tell you what fits.
How long does the cleanup take?
Timing is confirmed in writing with the scope, before any payment.
Who owns the profile?
You do. It stays in your Google account, and you keep it after the work is done.
